Become an HQ Instructor
Stiletto Boss University (SBU) is a youth training program for high-school girls that uses entrepreneurship as the foundation for teaching the power of collaboration, sisterhood and community impact.
Teaching at SBU
SBU’s goal is to connect young women to opportunities, build up their social capital and create the next generation of community leaders. SBU helps young women build the skills and confidence needed to create a social enterprise that generates income while also giving back to the community.
The SBU HQ Instructor is responsible for delivering the designated SBU curriculum to students enrolled in the HQ program. This position will work closely with the SBU HQ Managers and will attend training and regularly scheduled meetings with the team. This position is a part time position working 3 hours a month.

Mission
Uphold the SBU mission/ goal and vision
Execution
Execute the SBU program model with professionalism and integrity
Leadership
Showcase leadership skills throughout program (SBU instructors and SBU participants)
Implementation
Implement all aspect of SBU application, interview and selection process.
Recruitment
Recruitment plan and execution of participants
Communication
Verbal and written between participants/parent and/or guardian, chapter location staff
Execution
Execute all program expectations
Training
Attend trainings for SBU Curriculum along with the SBU HQ Manager
Relationships
Develop a strong relationship with participants and parents/guardian
Promotion
Promote and publicize the SBU to the community through website and social media outlets.
Curriculum Delivery
Facilitate and deliver the designated SBU HQ approved curriculum
Point of Contact
Point of contact for participants, parents, SBU HQ staff (including volunteers)
Attendance
Attend in person SBU HQ meetings twice a month
Qualifications
Passion
Must possess integrity and exhibit passion for the communityExperience
Must have two years of previous experience in facilitating similar trainingBackground
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testingBehavior
