  for a virtual book club discussion about diversity and inclusion in the w
 ork force. This two-part event kicks off with a private conversation with 
 Minda Harts author of The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secur
 e a Seat at the Table on March 28th. Each attendee will receive a copy of
  The Memo\, guided reading instructions\, special edition notebook and pe
 n with ticket purchase. Part two is FREE and open to the public will be an
  open forum discussion equipped with a panel discussion and special guests
